Position Overview The Associate Academic Recruiter works to locate, inform, and interest domestic undergraduate students toward the enrollment and attendance of Sullivan University. A. Primary Duties â⬠¢ Develop and Implement Effective and Efficient Operational Systems and Plans: Conduct admissions recruitment of high school students to ensure enrollment goals are met on an ongoing basis, while insuring that recruitment practices are ethical in all activities, adhering to the Admissions Code of Conduct. Assist the department leadership in developing student recruitment and outreach plans for; recruiting, follow-up strategies, evaluating, interviewing, and advising prospective students. Maintain a thorough knowledge of and complies with all applicable corporate, state, and federal regulations and policies for Admissions, ensuring the College is in compliance with the laws and professional guidelines regarding recruitment and admission of undergraduate students. Meet with other admissions officers on an ongoing basis to discuss the attainment of established goals. Provide needed support, resolve problems and recommend action to ensure accomplishment of admission goals.
